How do I restore my premium?

Log out of your Apple account >>>Use the account that you used to purchase the membership to log in again>>>Open BeautyPlus>>>Tap the top right [My account]>>>Slide to bottom>>>Tap the "Restore Purchase" button

Why can't I use the premium?

This problem may be caused by a failed Apple account verification. Please follow the steps below to try to restore your purchase.

Why is the picture is blurred?

Try using a damp paper towel to pick up a small amount of water and gently wipe the phone lens, your photos will be clear immediately!

Why is HD Retouch unavailable?

Please check your network settings. Reset your network if necessary.

Why is there no sound in the video?

1.Follow the instructions below to increase the volume:

Settings >> Sound & Touch >> Ringtone & Reminder

 

2.If you still can't hear the sound,

please confirm whether the you have enabled sound in the settings and whether the volume button is enabled.

How do I cancel my premium?

1. Tap “settings” on your iOS device and select “iTunes Store and App Store” 

2. Tap “Apple ID”(Login, if necessary) 

3. If “Show Apple ID” is selected, then you must re-enter your password 

4. Select BeautyPlus 

5. Tap “unsubscribe”
